What is research for me.

If research was a color, what would it be?

For me it would be red. Why? Because red is characterized by displaying horrendous emotion or violent behavior. Since research is pretty stressful, I think it would be fairly reasonable for you to go nuts. Expect some mood swings here and there and stuff like that. On a much brighter side, red is also associated to passion. I believe you must have passion in what you do. Not only in research, but in whatever it is that you do. You need it to have some motivation for yourself. That you won't be doing this 'just because'.

If research were a thing, what would it be?

Like what I said in class, research for me is like a seed. A seed starts as something small. Plant it, feed it water, give it sunlight or in other words have care for it and it will grow. Similarly, research also starts from an idea. Add more information to that idea, find out more about it through experiment, etcetera and later on it will sprout. And who knows, it may even bear fruits of your labor. :)
